Isn't he a cutie! Say a prayer for Jake and his family, he has been through a lot in the last few days and tomorrow he has to have some more tests done! I just hope that the worst of the tests are behind him, and that tomorrow goes well. I love you little guy! And after this is all done, Aunt Kate is going to take you out for ice cream or something!
