The Last Week....

I know it's been a while since I've blogged....so here it is. Last week was a busy week which ended with REMIX on Friday night. We had over 350 kids which is great. The downfall was that one of the video game controller cords got cut, and some girl got sick and puked all over the bathroom. While my mom and I were cleaning it up we saw her running around with another leader trying to pour water on him...so I guess she wasn't that sick. I, however seemed to get a cold instantly after it was all over. Monday we had no school, so we took some kids from the Bridge to Chicago. We went to the aquarium, the planetarium, and the Hancock Building. It was a cool trip and the kids really had a great time. I wasn't that impressed with the aquarium, you pay to get in and then it seems like you have to pay for all of the exhibits too, or at least the cool ones! It was a beautiful day though! As of Wednesday when I left work I already had over 30 hours, today we have Bridge Basketball after school and then it's off to the Creekside play. My parents are leaving for Florida today and my friend Tara is leaving tomorrow, I have to say I am a bit jealous. Tomorrow I am looking forward to hanging out with my Grandma! I think we are going out to eat...wonder where she will want to go, my money is on Olgas in East Grand Rapids, but you never know what she has up her sleeve!
