Noah's Ark part II

Well, not much to update but I thought I would since I have the morning off! The water is hovering right around 3,000 CFS....which probably means nothing to most of you but that is pretty high! It's a lot of fun right now and the weather has been great, so it has been fun to be on the river. Last week Hannah and I took some little shnooks down the milk run because they weren't old enough to do Brown's Canyon, and even that has some big waves right now! It was a busy weekend, and with Jamie gone, I had to run the Kitch! This week is kind of slow for us, which is alright, we can all catch our breath and have a little fun! We are going Mini-Golfing on Wed, and then on Fri it's fireworks and ice cream at River Park! I am predicting a win at mini-golf on Wed. I will keep you updated! I hope that you all have a awesome 4th of July. See you in a couple weeks (actually, I will be home 2 weeks from today...I am excited about that but also sad!)

Noah's Ark!

Well, I am finally out at Noah's! I forgot my camera cord for the computer so you will have to wait for pictures! It has already been a week, the time is flying by! The water is so high, they actually haven't seen the river like this since 1995! It's a lot of fun, but also a little scary! This week is huge at Noah's so we are all working a ton, but next week it slows down a little! Thanks for all the prayers while I was at Summer Institute, I survived and passed my test! I hope that you all are having a great summer too! See you in a few weeks!

10 Glorious Days in Huntington, Indiana

At least that's what the brochure said! I am in Huntington right now at Summer Institute for Youth for Christ...the last thing that I have to do to complete my training with them. I am half-way through YEAH! It has been a lot of sitting in lecture halls, eating at a cafeteria and then sitting in a lecture hall again!

I am excited because tomorrow we get to go to a inner-city church in downtown Ft. Wayne, and then have the rest of the day off! I think I have a few girls convinced to tube a local river after that too!

Well, I gotta get back to the lecture hall in about 5 minutes...so please say a prayer that I get all my memorization done for my test on Thursday! Hope you all are enjoying the heat!
