55 Years in the Making!
This past weekend we went out on Lake Michigan and had a little goodbye ceremony for my Grandma and Grandpa. We took a sweet boat out on Saturday (thanks to my Uncle Bill) and the waves were pretty big (Grandma would not have liked that, I thought it was fun, reminded me of my rafting days). We figured out that 55 years ago last weekend Grandma and Grandpa go married. I miss them lost but know they are in a much better place!
I also had kids out at Camp Geneva last week, 7 girls and 4 boys. They had such a great time! Who wouldn't zip line, climbing tower, sweet slip n slide! The highlight of the week though was the talent show on Wednesday night, it so fun to see the kids get up and do something that they normally wouldn't!
This week is VBS at church, last night was the first night and we had over 450 kids there! It was so fun! The theme is under God's Big Top, The Greatest Show on Earth! If you have time stop by the church between 6:15-8:30 and check it out! I am in the skit, a clown looking for a new job!
