We Won!

We won our first game last night. I was a little nervous, you never know how things are going to shape up, especially the first game. We got to Forrest Hills and the other coach told me how he was a pitching coach for Davenport University...that got me thinking we might be in trouble. Unfortunately for him, his number one pitcher went home sick yesterday, and our number one pitcher did great! We ran the bases well, and managed to win 18-4. Overall, I was very happy with our team and I think they were happy with themselves as well. 2 more games to go this week! Hopefully the weather stays like it is right now!
