Well after 5 months of training the race is over! Thanks to everyone for all the pledges, support and prayers! I'm still not to point where I can say that running that far was fun, but I did enjoy the feeling of accomplishment, and couldn't have done it without my friend Tara. Great Job Tara, I hope your foot isn't hurting too bad! It was really cool to see all the people down there, and have a group with us too. People loved our shirts, we got a lot of compliments, thanks Jeff for designing them, and Melissa for helping with the cost! I'm resting comfortably on my couch watching Indiana Jones...Sarah I have no idea how you ran that race and then did the Tulip Time Parade...You go Girl!

Your Dad and I are so proud of all our kids, Katie and Kelly the 25K, Adam 10K, Tara 5K. Wow you guys are GREAT!
You all did a great job and I'm proud to be your Auntie S but I also wish I could be your co-runner! Doing the walk was great fun, a gorgeous day and good company--I'm looking forward to the one in October! Congrats to all of you Stoutens and Meeusens and your friends--good job guys! Yay YFC! (and as the boys say: Go God!)
Way to go Kate! I'm so impressed...you're my hero. Maybe some day I'll be brave enough to consider running. Now we need to get you on a bike for the Holland Hundred!
