My boss asked if we would have as many people as possible fill out this survey for a board retreat coming up. If you have time to answer these questions that would be greatly appreciated.
1. What are the top three needs of youth in the area?
2. To what degree are they being met?
3. Who is doing it well?

i thought i was the "boss". i didn't ask these things of you.
1. to feel accepted as is, for someone to give them firm boundaries, to have a safe place where they feel wanted/loved (sort of similar to the first thing I listed)
2. I think most kids feel these things, but it is the kids that don't that I worry most about. Those kids slip through the cracks easily.
3. parents, teachers, YOUTH LEADERS!, friends, the Bridge, and unfortunately.. gangs and negative peer groups do it just as well
